If you are new to the Hall please familiarise yourself with its layout, our Conditions of Hire, Information for Hirers, Booking Charges and Children's Parties sheets. For your information, our Data Protection Policy & our Safeguarding Poster are also available to view.

Then:

 

1. Go to the date on the calendar that you would like to book and click the + Icon to start a booking request.

2. Login or register as a new hirer. There is an online Customer User Guide available here to help you .

3. Fill in the details of your booking and agree to our Conditions of Hire and Information for Hirers. Once you have completed this step you should see a provisional booking on the Calendar.

4. We will then be in touch to confirm the booking and ask you for any deposit. If there are any questions please email Pat Webb at LBJHbooking@gmail.com

5. We will open the Hall 15 minutes before the booking starts and be available to new hirers to answer any questions.
